JAMATEC INTEGRATED LIMITED was incorporated as a trading company both in Construction, Supply Chain, real Estate, Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Oil and Gas Company in year 2019. The Company was put together by a crew of highly qualified graduate engineers who had worked for some of the major within and outside Nigeria. They came together to float what is now known as JAMATEC INTEGRATED LIMITED and thereafter commenced business the same year.

The success story of the Company cannot be complete without making mention of the difficulties experienced during the early stages which is usually associated with companies or organizations trying to break into the club of big players in the Information Communication Technology and Oil and Gas Services sector of the industries.
